Heather Farrar holds a BA in Mass Communications from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri and is a professionally trained voice over artist. She weekly writes a column published in a local newspaper called “Poetizing Life:” and is the original creator of poetic "Quillsongs." Her company is Quillsongs Media & Publishing, LLC- a media creative’s company specializing in voiceover & media creative’s for commercial, business and/or promotional use, as well as narration and audio editing for self-published authors for audio-books.

Heather Farrar is a writer, artist, perpetual student, mother of 5, grandmother of 3, and wife of 30 years to her high school sweet heart and human to 2 cats and 3 dogs. Though the road has been far from easy, the knowledge gained pure gold. Her career expands these three decades providing customer service and sales to a major radiopharmaceutical company, business owner of a day care, a short time as aTitle 1 praxis teacher of special education -teaching high school students LA and often reading through-out her life to children and adults of all ages! Currently Heather Farrar is the owner of Quillsongs Media and Publishing, LLC the company she started where she self-publishes her writings in audio chapbook form and offers media creative products such as her artwork still photography, video creative art, and prints of her mixed media, oil, and watercolor paintings as well as sculptures. Her voice is a mid-pitch, soothing, and youthful North American, Mid-Atlantic or Mid-West accent. Her Mother is also a published author, and grade school teacher, learning the Kings English in both writing and speaking became an asset to her performance in narration passing it on to her daughter.
Vocally, Heather Farrar is best suited for documentary style especially pertaining to women, history, children or sensitive subjects; romance; children; young adult; and self-help, books. Poetry is a specialty, as this is her first love and encompasses the primary body and style in prose of her writing. She is also a weekly columnist for a local newspaper, owning the rights to �Poetizing Life:� where she takes everyday life and creates poetically the nuances of its meaning to us, as time also writing a poem too. She is the originator of the "Quillsong" Heather's educational background includes summer stock at Lindenwood College growing up around their theater department, High School Theater and musicals. Graduated 2009 from Lindenwood University (the school grew) with a degree in Mass Communications with an emphasis on film/audio production and writing.
